Missing Files Added

Patrick Neumann requested to merge neumapw6/thesis_template:main into main

The talk template was missing two files (abbrv.sty and delimiters.sty), and also requires the LaTeX packages Beamer RUB and rubfonts2009, which is now explained in the corresponding README.md
